Halloween Cookie Decorating With Blossom Bakery And A Costume Parade For Kids At City-State Brewing

We are so excited by the many activities going on in and around the Brookland area this Halloween. We recently learned about another event from a City-State Brewing email newsletter, taking place on Saturday October 30th. RSVP here. From the newsletter:

The festivities start at 1pm and go until 4pm (or until cookie kits are sold out). The costume parade starts at 2pm. All are welcome!

We kindly request that you RSVP (for free) so we know how many cookie kits to bring. Each kit is $12 and will be purchased on-site when you arrive.

For adults, we’ll have our full lineup of beers available in flights and pints, and the Grassfed Griddle food truck will be here with great food from 12-8pm!

We also have snacks, juice and other non-alcoholic beverages available for kiddos, as well as board games and arcade games for the whole family.

Blossom Bakery is a DC-based non-profit dedicated to bringing quality food to the neglected food deserts of our city and employing chronically under-employed individuals in a growth driven environment. They make small batch fresh baked items with high quality ingredients, and sell their baked goods online and at local farmer markets and neighborhood stores.
