Thanks to Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for Single Member District 5B02, Ursula Higgins, for passing along information about the Family/Community Day at Taft/Dwight Mosley Athletic Complex this Saturday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. In a message to neighborhood businesses she wrote:

“Looking back to when I moved into the Woodridge neighborhood in 1996, Taft Recreation Center, now the Dwight Mosley Athletic Complex, had a whirlwind of activities for the community that brought us together in unity.  The community day activity is bringing this unity back to Taft.  We like to believe that due to our advocacy in the community; will be shared in bringing about some of the many positive changes to this community.”
