Brookland Pet Of The Week – Haole!

imageCheck out the regal Haole. Her name is Hawaiian, and roughly translates to “White”. She is 10 years old and moved into her new home in the neighborhood about a year ago, and it turns out you can teach an old cat new tricks, as she has adjusted very nicely into her new home. One of her dads found her abandoned at his job, and the rest is history! If you would like your pet featured here, contact us at info(at)brooklandbridge(dot)com or hit us up on the Contact page.

Brookland Pet Of The Week – Pumpkin!

pumpkin 2Meet Pumpkin! She was found abandoned behind a Dunkin’ Doughnuts, but has made Brookland her home for years now. She spends her days looking for warm spots to take a nap, and is shy when company comes to visit. She really loves to be petted while eating her dry food. Brookland Pet Of The Week – Comet!

Presenting the adorable Comet! She is an adoptee from the Washington Humane Society, New York Avenue location. She was adopted about six months ago and she’s about a year old. As you can see, she loves to lounge by the fire in cold weather like this. Her hobbies include galloping around the house at full speed when everyone is trying to sleep and escaping out the front door when no one is paying attention. Brookland Pet Of The Week – Onyx!

Onyx very recently moved to Brookland when one of our neighbors adopted him from a home that could no longer care for him, only days before Christmas. He is a 5 year old Pomeranian and an adorable, easy-going little chubby guy, who won’t leave his new daddy’s side. So far he is loving his new home and his new life in Brookland!  If you would like your pet featured here, contact us via the contact page.

Brookland Pet Of The Week – Zoe!

Meet Zoe, the cutie pie German Shepherd. Even though she is 90 pounds, she is truly a lap dog at heart. She was adopted as a puppy and is now 2 years old. One of her favorite things to do is go on long walks around the neighborhood. Yay Zoe! We just want to reach through the screen and cuddle with her!
