Video – Meet The Brookland Bombshells!

We recently posted here and here  about the Brookland Bombshells, our community yarn bombing group. We are excited about their big plans to create a secret yarn-bombing project for the neighborhood – what fun! If you would like to get in on the action, check out one of their weekly meetings at Studio EcoBricolage (#15 on the Monroe Street Market Artswalk) at  7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. From a message from Leda Black, of the group Studio Eco Bricolage:

Please come to this meeting to find out about our project and learn how to participate. You don’t have to come to every meeting to take part. Both experienced and learning knitters and crocheters are welcome. Depending on how many people show up, a knitting lesson will be provided. Bring your needles, hook, or loom and stay a bit to knit or crochet. We are building a Valentine for the community and we want everyone to feel welcome to contribute.
