This home at 1514 Kearney NE is for the Bungalow lover in you. I can’t help it, I am a sucker for the original pine floors and wood trim – especially around the windows. The 15oo block of Kearney is one of my favorite Brookland streets because of its gorgeous mature trees.

Yep, I noticed it went from active to pending in about a day and a half. Reinforcing my (non professional/non expert) opinion, that if you price it right in Brookland – it will sell – FAST!
