Rhode Island Row Farmer’s Market Opens Saturday

Rhode Island Row’s farmer’s market is back for its second season. This time around, the market will be on Saturdays and the streets  will be closed to create a pedestrian walkway so that folks can mix and mingle. From an email:
WHEN:
Saturdays, May 13, 2017 through October 28, 201710 a.m to 2 p.m.
Open rain or shine; market will be cancelled in the event of severe storms or any extraordinary circumstances.

Produced by Community Foodworks, with local vendors including:
Barnola – sweet and savory granola
Qualia Coffee – locally roasted coffee, made in DC
Mechelle’s Baking Company – sweet pies, 9″ and 5.5″
Orchard Country Produce – a wide variety of fruits and vegetables from Central Pennsylvania
Ruby Scoops Ice Cream – ice cream and sweets, made in DC
Pop ups include:
Cassava Bubble Tea – traditional bubble tea
Motisola Vegetarian Chili – vegetarian chili and dips
Layla’s Lebanese Restaurante – Lebanese prepared foods
Happy Healthy Human – energy bars and sweet / savory trail mix
