Back in March we reported that the new Lock 7 Development, a 22 unit condo project at the corner of 12th and Franklin Streets, NE got its raze permits. According to a recent Lock 7 website posting construction should begin in a matter of days. As a reminder, the development will build 1300 square foot units that will span two levels, in 11 townhouse-style units. The development is planned to be complete by early 2016. The Lock 7 site boasts the following “green” construction features:

This environmental-friendly project features a number of eco-friendly aspects, including:

In addition to these items, this development will use sustainable building products such as:

  • Low VOC paint
  • Natural siding materials
